CEO’s Welcome
Welcome to the Athelstan Trust. We are a Multi-Academy Trust of five secondary schools and two primary schools in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire. We were established in 2015 and we are responsible for the education of over four thousand students. The Athelstan Trust aims to achieve the best for, and from, each child. We intend to enable each child to realise their full academic, creative and physical potential and to develop positive social and moral values.
We are committed to high quality professional development of staff and flexible working.
We liaise closely with local primary schools and we have established relationships that provide capacity for us to support both primary and secondary schools.

At Avening Primary School, children, staff and governors aim to treat everyone with respect.
